Market Report
Below is the 2022 annual market report but here some recent highlights I would like to bring to your attention:

Mortgage rates fell from 6.23% to 6.2% the lowest level since peaking at 7.2% last October. Mortgage applications are also up 7% from last week, but demand is still down as rates are still well above what they were in the pre-pandemic era.

Sales dropped almost 50% in Dec 2022 year-over-year yet still the 2nd best year in history.
-
Prices & inventory increased slightly, market remains tight.
